As part of the coastal data project, SEAKFHP has curated an ArcGIS HUB site to facilitate data discovery for our partners. The HUB is hosted in ArcGIS online’s friendly user interface, making it easy to utilize and navigate.
The HUB contains the most up-to-date and relevant data layers from key sources like the U. S. Forest Service, Alaska Department of Fish and Game, NOAA, The Nature Conservancy, and more!
Data can be found in the form of feature layers, map services, web maps, and applications.
Data is organized into 4 main categories: Biological Setting, Restoration and Monitoring Activities, Fish Passage, and Physical Setting.
Biological Setting: Data products containing information about biota in the region and water quality data.
Restoration and Monitoring Data: These products highlight restoration and monitoring efforts throughout the region.
Fish Passage: Products in this category collect information on road-stream crossings and other impediments to fish passage, such as flow data and habitat quality.
Physical Setting: Boundary lines, land ownership, geologic layers, and imagery are found in this category.
Data products can also be searched for by keyword, organized by data type, or filtered by source. These data products can be viewed within the hub or added to web maps, and some can be downloaded for use in ArcGIS desktop or ArcGIS Pro.
